Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for business development in promoting, pitching Staffing, and Recruitment Solution to clients and contributing towards bringing new business. Key task is to create the right pull and push to ensure a healthy pipeline of new relevant clients for the team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the organization in a friendly
environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end process (Client On-boarding to Delivery).
• Identify and Create prospects of new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referencing and social media interface for Recruitment and Staffing services (HR Services) for new business generation.
• Responsible for New Client Acquisition as well as day-to-day client coordination.
• Frame marketing strategies and sales plans for recruitment and staffing services to corporate clients and mine existing clients for new business generation and ensure sales targets.
• Manage pricing, deliver corporate presentations, negotiations and ensure timely closures for
  revenue generation.
• Ensure follow-ups with prospective clients & Negotiate with Clients for contract sign.
• Responsible for coordinating between the new client and the recruitment team to get a better understanding of the requirements and making sure that team works according to the client’s specifications
• Driving delivery team to ensure maximum closures
• Client relationship to ensure regular business opportunities
• Responsible for lining up and organizing meetings with potential clients on a regular basis.
